We respect your right to control your personal data.
Delete Your Data Instantly
Delete everything directly from the platform. No emails, no waiting. Go to Settings, click Delete All Data, and confirm. This immediately and permanently deletes your account, brand memory, generated content, social media connections, and all associated data.
Can't Access Your Account?
If you are unable to log in, send an email to hello@adspectre.ai with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Account username (if different from email)
- Approximate date of account creation
- Any connected Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts
- Confirmation that you want all data deleted

Please delete all my data including account information, social media connections, campaign data, and any generated content.

What Happens Next
Self-service deletion is immediate. All data is permanently removed the moment you confirm.
Email requestsare processed within 30 days. You'll receive confirmation within 24 hours that we've received your request. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your data.
Revoke Meta Platform Access
You can disconnect your Facebook and Instagram accounts from Adspectre at any time. Navigate to Connect Socials in the app, select the platform you want to disconnect, and click Disconnect. This immediately revokes Adspectre's access and stops all data synchronization.

Some data may be retained for legal compliance (e.g., billing records for tax purposes). This data is securely isolated and only used for required legal purposes. We will inform you of any data that must be retained.
Your Rights
Your right to data deletion is protected under multiple privacy regulations:
- GDPR (European Union): Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- CCPA/CPRA (California): Right to delete personal information
- PIPEDA (Canada): Right to withdraw consent and request deletion
- Quebec Law 25: Right to deletion and de-indexation
